Your order will NOT be processed unless you accept and agree
the terms and conditions set out in the consent and waiver of liability sections
below:
1. I enter into this agreement of my own free will and choice and at my own
expense and that I assume full responsibility for my use of Kamagra.
2. I accept and understand that you are merely the supplier and not the manufacturer
of Kamagra and that you give no guarantee as to its effectiveness nor any guarantee
against unfavourable results or complications.
3. I warrant that I am not currently taking any medication, which might make
Kamagra injurious to my health.
4. I acknowledge that Kamagra may not provide the results I am looking for and
that there is a risk of serious or substantial harm from taking it.
5. I undertake to consult my doctor before taking Kamagra if I feel any doubt
about its potential effect on me or if having taken it I feel unwell or sick.
6. I confirm that I have been warned that I should in no circumstances take
more than 100 mg of Kamagra in any consecutive period of 24 hours.
7. I hereby release Morgan Health Care and its promoters, employees and agents
from all liability.
8. I understand and accept that you are unable to issue a refund after my order
has been processed.
9. I accept responsibility for all custom’s tariffs and taxes applicable
to this agreement and that it is my obligation to check that the use of Kamagra
is permitted in my country of residence.
10. By pressing the “Accept” button confirming these terms and conditions
I agree that there is a binding agreement between us and acknowledge that this
document contains the only terms of that agreement and supersedes any previous
agreement between us.
11. This contract shall be governed by the laws of England.
